As a Senior Product Manager I, Flywheel - Sales, you'll lead the evolution of Sales Hub, our flagship sales software that helps thousands of customers close deals faster through AI-powered tools, inbound methodologies, and intelligent workflows. Reporting to the Sales Hub product leadership, you'll drive product strategy that fuels the flywheel, turning customers into promoters and accelerating revenue for businesses worldwide. This role is perfect for a seasoned PM passionate about sales innovation in a collaborative, transparent culture where your ideas can scale globally. Your day-to-day will involve owning the product lifecycle for key Sales Hub features, from ideation through launch and iteration. You'll dive deep into customer pain points via interviews with sales leaders, analyze usage data from millions of CRM interactions, and craft compelling roadmaps that align with HubSpot's growth principles. Partnering closely with engineering, design, and our GTM teams, you'll ship features that enhance deal progression, forecasting accuracy, and team productivity— all while measuring impact against flywheel metrics like expansion revenue and customer health scores.
