Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Company Pillar roles, from sourcing to close, partnering with hiring managers to scale high-impact teams
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies tailored to CRM and inbound marketing expertise
  • Collaborate with People Team and leadership to define role requirements aligned with HubSpot's growth culture and HEART values
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize recruiting processes, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience
  • Drive inclusive hiring practices to attract top talent who embody HubSpot's customer-first, inbound philosophy
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across departments to forecast hiring needs and prioritize Company Pillar requisitions
  • Conduct market research on compensation trends in SaaS/CRM spaces to ensure competitive offers
  • Partner with external agencies and networks to fill senior roles in a high-velocity environment
  • Champion employer branding through storytelling of HubSpot's culture on platforms like LinkedIn
  • Track and report on key recruiting KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement of the People Team's strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring senior-level talent for company-building functions
  • Deep understanding of CRM, inbound marketing, and sales technology landscapes
  • Experience using ATS systems like Greenhouse and applicant tracking tools
  • Strong knowledge of EEOC compliance, OFCCP regulations, and inclusive hiring practices
  • Demonstrated success in building diverse pipelines in competitive talent markets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first growth culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for HubSpot or similar CRM/inbound marketing companies
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
