Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-sales consultant for a portfolio of high-value HubSpot customers, driving adoption and ROI from CRM and inbound marketing tools
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess customer health, identify growth opportunities, and recommend HubSpot product expansions
  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement inbound marketing strategies that align with their revenue goals
  • Provide hands-on training and enablement on HubSpot hubs to customer teams, ensuring maximum platform utilization
  • Analyze customer usage data to proactively address risks and unlock upsell opportunities within the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Partner with HubSpot sales and partner teams to develop customized success plans for enterprise accounts
  • Champion HubSpot's growth culture by sharing customer success stories internally and at events like INBOUND
  • Mentor junior consultants on best practices for CRM optimization and customer-centric consulting
  • Stay ahead of HubSpot product updates to deliver cutting-edge advice on features like AI-powered insights and Operations Hub
  • Measure and report on key metrics such as customer health scores, expansion revenue, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align customer marketing, sales, and service teams on HubSpot workflows

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or professional services within SaaS or CRM environments
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer accounts in inbound marketing or growth-focused companies
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and customer growth strategies
  • Experience consulting with enterprise-level clients on CRM optimization and revenue operations
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and HubSpot events
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to C-suite executives
