Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value HubSpot customers, driving adoption and expansion of CRM, inbound marketing, and service solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on goals, identify growth opportunities, and measure ROI on HubSpot investments
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and execute customized success plans that leverage HubSpot's growth stack
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the HubSpot ecosystem, working with sales teams to close expansions
  • Provide hands-on guidance on best practices for inbound methodology, content strategies, and customer lifecycle automation
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and strategic challenges, escalating to HubSpot product teams as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives, ensuring high satisfaction and renewal rates
  • Contribute to HubSpot's customer community through case studies, webinars, and events
  • Mentor junior team members and share insights on HubSpot's evolving product roadmap
  • Analyze customer usage data to recommend optimizations and drive measurable business outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or professional services within SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer accounts in CRM or inbound marketing ecosystems
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing methodologies, and revenue operations
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and growth strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level executives
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and HubSpot events
