Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to a portfolio of high-value HubSpot customers, ensuring they maximize ROI from their investment
  • Drive adoption and optimization of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs through tailored consulting engagements
  • Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with inbound marketing best practices
  • Conduct regular business reviews, health checks, and success planning sessions to align customer goals with HubSpot capabilities
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Partner teams to deliver world-class services
  • Champion HubSpot's inbound methodology, educating customers on flywheel growth strategies and revenue operations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic customer accounts, with experience in CRM platforms like HubSpot
  • Deep expertise in inbound marketing methodologies, CRM implementation, and revenue operations
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's product suite, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and drive adoption
