Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic HubSpot customers, driving adoption and value realization across their CRM and inbound marketing initiatives
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and align on growth roadmaps
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and execute success plans leveraging HubSpot's full ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and ARR
  • Partner with HubSpot's internal teams (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) to deliver customized services and training
  • Champion inbound marketing best practices, helping customers optimize their flywheels for sustainable growth
  • Analyze customer usage data and KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Facilitate customer enablement through workshops, certifications, and ongoing support
  • Contribute to HubSpot's growth culture by mentoring junior team members and sharing success stories
  • Stay ahead of HubSpot product updates and industry trends to maximize customer impact
  • Ensure customer satisfaction scores (e.g., NPS) exceed benchmarks through exceptional service

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or account management within SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts in CRM or inbound marketing platforms
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and customer success frameworks
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and expansions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
