As a Senior Solutions Engineer in our Sales team, you'll be the technical force multiplier that turns prospects into delighted customers. You'll partner with Account Executives to showcase how HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs drive revenue growth, streamline operations, and scale inbound strategies for businesses worldwide. In this high-impact role, you'll craft bespoke demos, build proof-of-concepts, and architect solutions that demonstrate real business value, all while embodying our HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent). Your days will be filled with deep customer discovery sessions, where you'll uncover pain points in their CRM and marketing tech stacks, then dazzle them with tailored HubSpot implementations. You'll collaborate across teams to close enterprise deals, provide seamless handoffs to Customer Success, and contribute to HubSpot's vibrant solutions engineering community through knowledge sharing and innovation. With up to 25% travel for events like INBOUND, you'll also represent our growth culture on stage and in the field. We're seeking a seasoned pro with 7+ years in technical sales who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
