Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify leads, run discovery calls, and architect tailored HubSpot solutions for prospective customers
  • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's CRM, inbound marketing, and growth tools to C-level executives and technical buyers
  • Design and execute technical proofs of concept (POCs), integrations, and custom workflows to address complex customer requirements
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's Solutions Partner ecosystem to scope and deliver joint implementations
  • Provide post-sale technical handoff to Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot's platform capabilities, staying ahead of new features and beta releases
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values-driven culture
  • Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing through demos, documentation, and training
  • Support sales forecasting by assessing technical win probability and deal progression
  • Travel to customer sites and HubSpot events to build relationships and represent the brand

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles within SaaS or technology environments
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing tools, and the HubSpot ecosystem including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals by delivering high-impact technical demonstrations and proofs of concept
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers in B2B environments, particularly in marketing, sales, and customer success domains
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, conferences, and HubSpot events
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
