As a Senior Solutions Engineer in our Sales team, you'll be the technical wizard powering our inbound sales motion. You'll partner with Account Executives to architect transformative solutions using HubSpot's unified CRM platform, helping mid-market and enterprise customers scale their inbound marketing, sales, and service operations. In this high-impact role, you'll thrive in our HEART-driven culture (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent), collaborating across teams to close deals that fuel HubSpot's flywheel growth. Your days will blend deep technical expertise with customer-facing evangelism: crafting bespoke demos of Marketing Hub automation, Sales Hub sequences, and Operations Hub integrations; running POCs that prove 3x pipeline growth; and handling objections with data-backed insights into HubSpot's superiority over legacy CRMs. You'll translate business pain points into scalable HubSpot architectures, ensuring seamless handoffs to our Customer Success teams for maximum adoption and expansion. Expect to travel quarterly for key demos and INBOUND, while contributing to internal knowledge sharing that elevates our entire Solutions Engineering team.
