  • Design and architect complex HubSpot implementations, including integrations with third-party tools and custom workflows
  • Provide post-sale technical handover to Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption
  • Gather customer requirements and feedback to advocate for product enhancements within HubSpot's growth-oriented engineering teams
  • Deliver technical training and workshops to Japanese customers on leveraging HubSpot for inbound marketing and sales automation
  • Support RFP responses and security reviews by articulating HubSpot's technical architecture and scalability

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting roles within SaaS or technology environments
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing tools, and the HubSpot ecosystem including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals in the Japanese market through technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept builds
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, with strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
  • Experience working with Japanese enterprise customers, understanding local business culture and compliance requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in API integrations, web technologies, and CRM customizations
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within Japan and occasionally internationally for customer meetings and events
