Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and close strategic product partnerships with key technology providers to enhance HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing ecosystem
  • Develop and execute co-marketing, co-selling, and integration roadmaps that accelerate customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with HubSpot's product and engineering teams to define API integrations and joint product innovations
  • Drive revenue growth through partnership channels, targeting $XM+ in attributable ARR
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with partner C-suites to align on mutual growth objectives
  • Measure partnership performance using KPIs like pipeline generated, customer adoption rates, and NPS impact
  • Champion HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) in all partnership activities
  • Support HubSpot's growth culture by mentoring junior partnership managers and sharing best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic product partnerships that drive revenue growth and product innovation
  • Deep understanding of CRM platforms, inbound marketing ecosystems, and SaaS go-to-market strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform partnership strategies and measure success
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex partnership agreements and manage executive-level relationships
