Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses in the DACH region
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM to achieve quarterly quotas
  • Develop deep relationships with SMB customers to uncover needs and drive adoption
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and upsell opportunities
  • Provide insights on DACH market trends to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Attend virtual and in-person events to generate leads and represent HubSpot's growth culture
  • Track all sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics in real-time
  • Champion inbound selling methodologies to educate prospects on value-driven buying
  • Continuously learn and adapt to HubSpot's evolving product suite and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or related field
  • Fluency in German (native or C1/C2 level) with strong proficiency in English
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with small businesses
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar for pipeline management
  • Ability to work remotely with strong self-motivation in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Valid work authorization in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
