About the Role

HubSpot is seeking a dynamic Small Business Account Executive to join our DACH Sales team, focusing on empowering small businesses (1-50 employees) across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with our world-class CRM and inbound marketing platform. In this remote role, you'll drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, delivering compelling demos, and closing deals that help customers transform their businesses through HubSpot's all-in-one growth platform. Our inbound methodology powers over 200,000 customers worldwide, and you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the DACH region by solving real pain points around lead generation, sales automation, and customer relationship management. As a Small Business Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, leveraging HubSpot's powerful tools to build pipelines, forecast accurately, and exceed quotas. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses (1-50 employees) in the DACH region
  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and growth
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on DACH market trends to inform product and go-to-market strategies
  • Leverage HubSpot's sales tools to manage deals, forecast accurately, and report on performance
  • Educate prospects on inbound methodology and how HubSpot drives revenue growth
  • Negotiate contracts, upsell opportunities, and foster long-term customer relationships
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and HubSpot product updates

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment targeting small businesses
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages from DACH region (Austria, Switzerland) a plus
  • Experience selling to small businesses (1-50 employees) in the DACH region
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and inbound marketing methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Ability to work remotely with excellent time management and self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing/CRM tools
  • Familiarity with DACH market dynamics, including local business regulations and cultural nuances
  • Experience in account-based selling or territory management
