Expect to make 50+ outbound calls daily, nurture leads through personalized outreach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer starts their HubSpot journey strong. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small businesses seeking CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's all-in-one platform to highlight value for growth
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer retention
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide insights on small business trends to inform product and sales strategy
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track deals, forecast accurately, and optimize sales processes
  • Educate prospects on inbound methodology and how HubSpot drives scalable growth
  • Negotiate contracts and upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Participate in sales training and stay updated on HubSpot's evolving features
  • Represent HubSpot at virtual events and webinars targeted at small business owners

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of small business needs and challenges in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first setting
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision making and pipeline management
