As a Small Business Account Executive in our Sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering entrepreneurs with tools to attract visitors, convert leads, and delight customers—all while thriving in our high-growth, people-first culture. In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on small businesses ready to scale with HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You'll leverage your expertise in CRM and inbound marketing to identify pain points, deliver compelling demos, and drive revenue growth. Expect to make 50+ outbound calls daily, nurture leads through personalized outreach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every customer starts their HubSpot journey strong. Success here means consistently hitting quotas while contributing to our flywheel of shared growth.
