Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business with small businesses in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Conduct product demos and presentations showcasing HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing solutions
  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and networking
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Provide tailored advice on growth strategies using HubSpot's ecosystem
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast sales activity
  • Stay updated on DACH market trends and competitor landscape
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent)
  • Support regional events, webinars, and community-building initiatives for small businesses

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or inbound marketing
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional DACH languages (French or Italian) is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the DACH small business market dynamics and challenges
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture
