Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new Solution Provider partnerships to expand HubSpot's partner ecosystem
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value Solution Providers, driving adoption of HubSpot's Growth Suite
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies focused on inbound marketing and CRM solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions on HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets through partner-led deals and upsell opportunities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partner executives and technical teams
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize growth
  • Represent HubSpot at industry events, webinars, and partner summits to promote inbound methodologies
  • Work cross-functionally with HubSpot's sales, marketing, and success teams to ensure partner success
  • Stay ahead of martech trends and competitive landscape to position HubSpot as the leader in inbound growth
  • Facilitate partner certifications and enablement programs to accelerate time-to-value

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner development within the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving partner revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level executives
  • Experience working with Solution Providers, agencies, or channel partners in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for partner events, conferences, and customer meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification (e.g., Partner Program or Sales Software Certified)
  • Experience in the inbound marketing or martech space
