Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and architect tailored HubSpot solutions for DACH prospects and customers
  • Conduct discovery sessions, demos, and workshops to showcase inbound marketing, CRM, and revenue operations capabilities
  • Develop technical proposals, ROI analyses, and proof-of-concept implementations
  • Lead integrations between HubSpot and third-party tools like ERP, BI, or custom APIs
  • Provide post-sales technical guidance during onboarding and optimization phases
  • Educate customers on HubSpot's growth-focused ecosystem and best practices
  • Stay ahead of DACH industry trends to position HubSpot as the leading inbound platform
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to HubSpot's customer-centric culture
  • Achieve quarterly pipeline and revenue targets through solution leadership
  • Represent HubSpot at regional events, webinars, and partner ecosystems

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or technical sales engineering roles within SaaS or CRM environments
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing, sales, service, and operations hubs
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages like French a plus
  • Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience architecting solutions for mid-market to enterprise customers
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within DACH region

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Solutions Architect or equivalent certification
  • Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, or customer success platforms
  • Background in digital transformation projects for B2B organizations
  • Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or other cloud integrations
  • Previous role in a high-growth SaaS company with inbound methodology
  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business discipline
