Your role will span the full design lifecycle: immersing yourself in user research with GTM practitioners, ideating AI solutions that align with HubSpot's flywheel growth model, prototyping seamless experiences, and iterating based on real-world metrics. You'll partner closely with PMs, engineers, and revenue leaders to ensure designs not only delight users but drive measurable business impact—like shortening sales cycles or boosting marketing ROI. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of AI-powered features that accelerate go-to-market strategies for HubSpot customers
  • Conduct user research with sales, marketing, and service teams to uncover AI opportunities in CRM workflows
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and iterate on AI product roadmaps
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs optimized for inbound marketing use cases
  • Champion HubSpot's HEART framework (Helpful, Empathy, Agile, Remarkable, Transparent) in all design decisions
  • Partner with GTM leaders to ensure AI tools drive revenue growth and customer delight
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design system evolution for AI components
  • Analyze user feedback and metrics to refine AI experiences post-launch
  • Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI features serving global inbound teams
  • Present design work to executives and align on vision for HubSpot's AI flywheel

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product design with a focus on enterprise SaaS products
  • Proven track record designing AI-powered features for go-to-market teams in CRM or marketing platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Expertise in end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity prototyping and iteration
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and GTM leaders
  • Strong portfolio showcasing AI/ML integrations in customer-facing tools
  • Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles and CRM workflows
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture with ambiguous problem spaces

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for HubSpot or similar inbound marketing/CRM platforms
  • Background in AI ethics, responsible AI design, or data privacy in GTM tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with AI design plugins
  • Prior work at a high-growth SaaS company scaling to $1B+ ARR
  • Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline
