Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of AI-driven features within Marketing Hub, enhancing inbound marketing workflows for millions of users
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive CRM experiences
  • Conduct user research and testing to ensure AI features drive growth and delight customers in line with HubSpot's HEART framework
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and design systems that scale across Marketing Hub products

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years focused on AI-powered products or marketing tools
  • Proven track record designing user experiences for complex SaaS platforms, ideally in CRM or inbound marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML concepts and their application to user interfaces, including generative AI and personalization
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes for marketing or growth-focused products
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data scientists
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle
