Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in backend development
  • Deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance backend systems using languages like Java, Python, or Go
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects in distributed systems and microservices architectures
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers and drive technical decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) and data modeling
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and real-time data processing for customer-facing applications
