Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Deep expertise in building scalable backend systems using languages like Java, Python, or Go
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence across teams
  • Experience with CRM systems, data pipelines, and real-time analytics
