Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technical product enablement programs tailored for HubSpot's CRM and inbound marketing tools across APAC teams
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops, webinars, and certification sessions to drive product adoption and proficiency
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify enablement gaps and create targeted content
  • Develop localized training materials and resources that resonate with APAC cultural nuances
  • Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness using HubSpot analytics and ROI metrics
  • Partner with global product teams to ensure APAC feedback shapes HubSpot's inbound marketing and CRM features
  • Mentor APAC revenue teams on advanced HubSpot workflows, automation, and growth strategies
  • Champion HubSpot's growth culture by fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • Support CRM migrations and optimizations for APAC customers to accelerate revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product enablement, sales enablement, or revenue operations within a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record of facilitating technical training and adoption programs in APAC markets
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, inbound marketing methodologies, and revenue operations best practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across APAC time zones and cultures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts simply
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese, or other APAC languages preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within APAC region
