Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with mid-market companies in the DACH region
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure using HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct product demonstrations showcasing HubSpot's inbound marketing and sales solutions
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in Mittelstand firms
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure customer growth and retention
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while contributing to team goals
  • Provide insights on DACH market trends to inform HubSpot's go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sales targeting mid-market companies
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages like French are a plus
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Experience selling to mid-sized enterprises (Mittelstand) with 50-500 employees
  • Ability to work from Ireland with travel requirements to DACH region as needed
  • Valid work authorization in Ireland (EU Blue Card or equivalent if applicable)
