Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads in the DACH mid-market segment (50-500 employees) through inbound and outbound efforts
  • Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Develop and close sales opportunities, achieving monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Build long-term relationships with mid-sized companies to drive adoption and expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align on inbound strategies and customer journeys
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
  • Manage the full sales cycle remotely while planning occasional on-site customer visits
  • Leverage HubSpot's growth tools to personalize outreach and accelerate deals
  • Track pipeline and forecast accurately using HubSpot CRM
  • Stay updated on HubSpot's ecosystem and certifications to deliver value-added consulting

Required Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software sales targeting mid-market companies
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and inbound marketing principles
  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken; English proficiency is a plus
  • Willingness to work remotely with high self-motivation and discipline
  • Valid driver's license and mobility within the DACH region for customer visits
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar inbound marketing platforms is highly advantageous
