Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with SMB customers in the DACH region
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure using HubSpot CRM
  • Conduct product demonstrations and personalized inbound marketing consultations
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Analyze sales pipelines, forecast accurately, and optimize strategies for revenue growth
  • Stay updated on HubSpot product updates, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Participate in sales training and contribute to HubSpot's high-growth culture

Required Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth in SMB markets
  • Excellent knowledge of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, inbound marketing principles, and digital sales strategies
  • Experience working with sales tools like HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region as needed for customer meetings
  • EU work authorization and residency in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
