  • Ensure smooth integration of NBA decisioning with CDPs, ML scoring models, and omnichannel activation platforms (e.g., AJO, Salesforce).
  • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative product development with engineering and data science partners.

Data & Intelligence Integration

  • Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering to operationalize propensity, recommendation, and optimization models.
  • Define how Customer 360 data, contextual events, and profiles generate Next Best Actions, offers, and rewards.
  • Lead the development of experimentation frameworks, validating product decisions through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Establish key success metrics (e.g., engagement uplift, gap closure, reward adoption, member satisfaction) and oversee analytics strategies to optimize NBA outcomes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Marketing, Stars, Compliance) to ensure the NBA platform supports business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives clearly and succinctly.

  • Mentor junior product managers and uphold high standards for technical product management.
