Job Description:

1. Job Purpose:

The jobholder is to fulfill all lab day-to-day operations.

2. Principal Accountabilities:

1) Implement the Environment, Health, Safety (“EHS”) regulations and the analytical plan to meet the Company’s objectives.  

2) Take full responsibility for the testing of incoming materials, in-process products and finished products on daily production. And assist in testing work trouble shooting and product improvement program.

3) Work closely with the production team to ensure the representative sampling and accurate testing of the sample.

4) Support on lab equipment routine maintenance and inventory report, plan and apply for purchasing for lab chemicals to fulfill the lab day to day operation requirement.

5) Assistant for new method build-up and method improvement.

6) Report non-conformance timely.

7) Assist Day QC Leader on lab administration on daily basis (quality data maintain, lab sample retain, and lab housekeeping)

4. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed

1) Technical school graduate or above with sufficient chemistry knowledge.

2) 5 years’ laboratory working experience in a chemical manufacturing company.

3) Good command of LIMS and SAP daily operation

4) Familiar with various chemical analysis methods, test instrument mechanism.

5) High sense of responsibility and accuracy

6) Have good understanding of Lab EHS management, and QMS systems (ISO 9001 and IATF 16949).

5. Qualification Certificates Requirement:

1) 应急管理局危险化学品生产经营企业从业人员

2) 急救培训证书
