Role Overview:  

Huntsman Corporation’s EMEA Talent Acquisition team is searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in our newly formed hub in Krakow. The Global Talent Acquisition team is Huntsman’s Centre of Excellence, supporting recruiting needs across all company divisions and geographies. 

We are looking for someone that is passionate about creating excellent candidate experience, partnering with business and providing analysis and advisory to support business decisions.

Role Responsibilities: 

As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles across multiple regions and locations
  • Building candidate pipeline through direct search and indirect channels
  • Coaching and influencing hiring managers, supporting hiring decisions
  • Partnering with key stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for problem solving and consulting
  • Creating impact through collaborating on assigned projects aligned with strategic global pillars across Employer Branding, Org Design, process improvement & Technology 


Experience and Competencies: 

We are looking for experienced candidates with great attention to detail and track record of successful recruitments. 

What we are looking for: 

  • Holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with recruiting end-to-end with exposure to EMEA region, experience with technical, chemical and manufacturing roles will be a great advantage.
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of HR principles, organizational behaviour, and business processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Dutch & English (C1/C2)
  • Flexibility in dynamic environments: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities, organizational structures, and market conditions while maintaining focus on objectives.
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Continuous learning mindset, with willingness to pursue certifications or advanced courses in HR or business disciplines.
