Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, fix, and maintain sophisticated process control systems to optimize performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred: Associate's or 2-year technical degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Operations Technician or similar role, including at least 1 year as an I&E Technician. Preferred: 2+ years in oil and gas industry operations, with exposure to gas-plant operations, compression, or gathering processes. Background in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance industries is highly valued.

Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Aptitude for technology, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and PC skills.
  • Physical ability to work in extreme temperatures, loud noises, enclosed spaces; lift 50+ lbs; climb, bend, and use hand tools at elevated heights with PPE.
  • Availability for rotating shifts (e.g., 7pm-7am weekends, 3pm-11pm), overtime (10-12 hour shifts), on-call, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel.
