Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Enterprise Transformation

Take full ownership of the Identity Governance Framework from strategy to execution. Provide direct leadership in IAM governance alongside PAM, making authoritative decisions on architecture, product selection, and implementations based on best practices. Develop executive presentations, lead stakeholder communications, and secure sponsorship for initiatives while applying business relationship management for technology outcomes.

Technical Architecture

Implement identity solutions across key platforms, creating custom tools and automation. Architect IGA processes like access reviews, compliance reporting, RBAC/ABAC, and digital identity lifecycle management for human, non-human, and AI identities. Design monitoring frameworks, IAM best practices, operational runbooks, controls, workflows, and incident response procedures. Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive security posture, efficiency, and compliance improvements.

Innovation & Research

Leverage AI for IAM innovation in governance, anomaly detection, and access intelligence. Conduct systems engineering research on emerging trends, threats, and technologies to enhance cybersecurity. Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills

Require 8+ years of enterprise IGA experience, with proven scaling in mid-sized growth companies and complex global enterprises. Expert proficiency in SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, BeyondTrust, cloud IAM (AWS, Entra ID, GCP, OCI), and AI applications for identity security.

Leadership & Soft Skills

Demonstrate exceptional C-level communication, team leadership, and mentoring. Translate business needs into scalable architecture balancing security, usability. Strong IAM operations background including incident response, change management, service reliability.
