In this pivotal role, you'll lead comprehensive IAM programs encompassing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM). Integrate IAM systems seamlessly with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as on-premises applications and directories. Develop and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies rooted in least-privilege and zero-trust principles. Implement automated provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management to boost efficiency.
Manage SSO, MFA, and password systems while leading IAM projects with Technology, DevOps, and Security teams. Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and streamline processes through automation using Java, SQL, PowerShell, Python, or Go.
