Account Technical Leader

📋 Job Overview

The Account Technical Leader (ATL) at IBM Hong Kong is responsible for overseeing IBM's hybrid cloud and AI agenda for major accounts. The role involves acting as the technical architect, leading or collaborating with various teams across countries to achieve business objectives. The ATL should have a deep understanding of banking industry solutions and experience in serving multinational companies.

📍 Location: Taipei, TW (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee IBM's hybrid cloud and AI agenda at the client
  • Play the overall Technical Architect role for major account(s)
  • Lead or collaborate among various technical, services, and sales teams across countries to achieve business objectives
  • Demonstrate experience serving multi-national companies by collaborating among worldwide teams
  • Lead the Minimum Viable Project (MVP) or Proof of Concept (PoC), Solution Demonstration, Technical Workshops to drive new technical initiatives
  • Drive and grow market share among major accounts

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • At least 5+ years working experience serving Large Financial Institutes/Multi-National Companies
  • Rich experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure, key solution design and/or application software development
  • Good understanding of Financial Institutes solutions
  • Experience with sales prospects in person, understanding complex environments and delivering IBM Solutions and value propositions effectively
  • Capability to lead Minimum Viable Product (MVP), Proof of Concept (PoC) tests at End User by collaborating cross business units at customers
  • Astute in presenting to and conversing with customers; ability to deliver technical information in a clear and concise manner
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and passionate team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and high activity environment
  • Strong affinity for customer relationship management and requirements gathering
  • Able to provide support occasionally beyond usual business hours
