Application Developer - IT Service Management

📋 Job Overview

As an Application Developer in IT Service Management at IBM, you will work in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers to deliver technical solutions to clients globally. Your role involves designing, developing, and optimizing IBM Technology solutions, particularly using ServiceNow, to meet client goals and address business challenges. Collaboration, agile planning, and effective problem-solving are key aspects of this position.

  • Solving client challenges effectively by developing solutions through design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support
  • Agile planning and execution, including installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations
  • Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops
  • Building effective relationships at all levels, from engineers to CxOs
  • Demonstrating self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in problem-solving
