📋 Job Overview

As an Associate Business Analyst at IBM, you will drive large-scale change and innovation within IBM's business units and geographies. You will work in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical and industry expertise to clients globally. This role involves supporting clients in migrating from legacy to modernized systems, focusing on business analysis and requirements management.

📍 Location: Bedford, CA (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Create overall application roadmap
  • Interlock with other stakeholders on timelines, dependencies, and plan interlocks
  • Plan, gather, elicit, design, organize, and manage business requirements
  • Provide industry leading solutions for clients
  • Support the development of business requirements for banking or healthcare systems
  • Work with the client to identify the current product offering in application design, understand the product suite, and the differences between the two
  • Support clients migrating from legacy core to modernized core

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and product management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
