š Job Overview
As an Associate SAP Functional HR at IBM, you will be part of the IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, focusing on integrating SAP technology into clients' business environments to achieve business results. You will work on designing, developing, and re-engineering complex application components, leveraging your technical and business knowledge to drive innovation and adoption of new technology across various sectors.

šÆ Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and re-engineer highly complex application components
- Integrate software packages using various tools
- Use consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to integrate packaged technology into clients' business environment
- Achieve business results for clients
- Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code, and test innovative applications
- Support applications for highly valued customers
- Make meaningful evaluations of data tables and Excel files
- Work in a team environment with diverse backgrounds and skill sets
- Demonstrate excellent customer experience skills
- Communicate with multiple levels of management and executives
- Learn new processes, coach and direct team members
- Solve problems, debug, troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions to complex functional issues
ā Required Qualifications
- Graduated no earlier than 2023 and will be graduating no later than 2025
- Associateās Degree, College Diploma, Bachelorās Degree, or Masterās Degree by date of employment
- No more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
- Eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship
- Willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipated
- Eligible for clearance and have lived in Canada for 5 - 10 years

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science)
- Knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., Finance, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics/Procurement)
