As an Associate SAP Functional Consultant at IBM, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central, guiding clients through implementation and providing ongoing support. This entry-level role is based in IBM's Client Innovation Centers in Halifax and Calgary, where you will work on complex application components and integrate software packages to meet client needs.

  • Design and deploy HR technology solutions in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Understand clients' business processes and guide them through implementation
  • Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation
  • Troubleshoot key Employee Central functions (business rules, workflows, position management, MDF objects)
  • Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Employee Central platform
  • Knowledgeable in internal and external EC integrations
  • Provide training and support for smooth transition and user adoption
  • Stay current with SAP product developments, enhancements, and best practices

āœ… Required Qualifications

  • Graduated no earlier than 2023 and will be graduating no later than 2025
  • Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree by date of employment
  • No more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
  • Eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship
  • Willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipated
  • Eligible for clearance and have lived in Canada for 5 - 10 years
