Associate SAP Functional- SuccessFactors Core HR - Entre Level
š Job Overview
As an Associate SAP Functional Consultant at IBM, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central, guiding clients through implementation and providing ongoing support. This entry-level role is based in IBM's Client Innovation Centers in Halifax and Calgary, where you will work on complex application components and integrate software packages to meet client needs.

šÆ Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy HR technology solutions in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Understand clients' business processes and guide them through implementation
- Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and implementation
- Troubleshoot key Employee Central functions (business rules, workflows, position management, MDF objects)
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR and Employee Central platform
- Knowledgeable in internal and external EC integrations
- Provide training and support for smooth transition and user adoption
- Stay current with SAP product developments, enhancements, and best practices
ā Required Qualifications
- Graduated no earlier than 2023 and will be graduating no later than 2025
- Associateās Degree, College Diploma, Bachelorās Degree, or Masterās Degree by date of employment
- No more than 2 years of full-time professional related work experience
- Eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorship
- Willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipated
- Eligible for clearance and have lived in Canada for 5 - 10 years
ā Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., Finance, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Logistics/Procurement)
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, DevOps, Adobe
