📋 Job Overview
The Business Transformation Consultant-Finance Analytics role at IBM in Sydney involves supporting the full life cycle of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) as part of an Application Platform Team. Responsibilities include ensuring platform stability, scalability, and compliance, as well as leading design and development activities in the finance domain. This 17.4-month fixed term contract offers a chance to work with a global leader in technology and consulting, focusing on digital transformation and client success.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
- Create high- and low-level design of IBM Planning Analytics product implementation as per Westpac standards
- Develop design documents and review technical documents from Solution Architects for projects in the finance domain and manage the alignment of the program’s architecture to the Bank’s Enterprise Architecture
- Define technical user stories and track the development activities of the team members
- Lead workshops and engage stakeholders as required from onshore
- Lead and participate in problem solving to deliver large scale changes through process engineering and technology
- Design and build deliverables to ensure traceability of the built solution to the architectural principles and business objectives
- Be keenly aware of timelines and budgeting to deliver in a timely manner
✅ Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in most of the layers of application administration and Agile methodology
- Must have knowledge on Redhat Openshift, Kubernetes, Containers, test & deploy them in the server
- Must know the tools like Cubewise Pulse for monitoring and migration and Cubewise Arc for development
- Mandatorily required Problem & Change Management tools like, Service Now, Remedy, IT Service Portal, HP Service Centre, and Quality Centre & ALM
