As a Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, leading and implementing expert services using IBM's offerings and technologies. - Proposal Development: Identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Requirements Analysis and Specifications Design: Translate client's business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.
- Future-Ready Architecture Planning: Understand the requirements, current architecture state of the enterprise and create roadmaps for future enhancements accordingly.
✅ Required Qualifications
- 8+ years working experience in talent consultant area
- Familiarity with HR labor laws (local & regional)
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SF)
