BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT-TALENT DEVELOPMENT OPTIMIZATION PROCESSES

📋 Job Overview

As a Senior Process Analyst - Reporting at IBM BPO, you will provide data analysis and process reports for HR-related business operations across multiple domains. You will work closely with clients to ensure compliance, high satisfaction levels, and effective resolution of customer needs using advanced Excel and Macros. This role is part of IBM Consulting, which focuses on accelerating digital transformation through agile methodologies, process mining, and AI-powered workflows.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inputs, analyses, and process reports for HR Related Business Operations across multiple domains
  • Furnish data as needed to both the internal business controls team and during audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards
  • Contribute to high client satisfaction levels to promote positive NPS scores, references, and case studies
  • Keep systems updated and send out status notifications as required
  • Anticipate and adapt to evolving customer needs, and proactively follow up with key customers to ensure effective resolution and action plans
  • Address challenging customer service issues
  • Emphasize the importance of teamwork within the role

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in Business/Operations Reporting for any International IT/ITES Company
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and Macros
