📋 Job Overview
As a Cisco SD-WAN Network Engineer at IBM, you will implement and maintain our Cisco SD-WAN network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. You will work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise to a wide range of clients globally.
📍 Location: GUADALAJARA, MX (Remote/Hybrid)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain SDWAN networks according to industry best practice
- Collaborate with Architects and Sr. Network Engineers to provide effective solutions
- Configure and manage Cisco SDWAN routers via vManage based on company standards and standard operating procedures
- Conduct research on networking issues and products as required
- Provide excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support
✅ Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience implementing SDWAN networks following industry best practices
- Strong IP communication and routing knowledge (OSPF, BGP)
- Certifications in industry-leading network products: Cisco (CCNP, SD-WAN certification)

- Working technical knowledge of network and security protocols (IPSEC VPN, AAA, Dot1x, TustSec, NAT, QoS)
- Knowledge of Palo Alto security products (Next Generation Firewalls, Panorama, Prisma)
