📋 Job Overview
Join IBM's OpenRAG / Opensearch team as a Cloud Platform Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure and microservices for Open Search as a Service. You will be part of a team that transforms customer challenges into solutions, working on a hosted version of Open Search to support GenAI applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software and cloud infrastructure for Open Search as a Service across all public clouds
- Design, develop, and maintain software microservices including k8s operators for the full lifecycle management of open search instances
- Participate in on-call activities as a secondary support person for Production Engineering teams
- Define and implement best practices for Open Search capabilities to ensure high uptime, high throughput, low latency at optimal cost
- Foster long-term team success and contribute to a healthy work environment
