- Conduct safety tests, Electromagnetic (EMC) tests, Shock/Vibe and/or Acoustics tests
- Perform testing to IBM quality standards
- Engage directly with certifying agencies
- Contribute to product design reviews
- Support testing in lab environments to validate safe operation
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to perform EMC, safety, Earthquake, and/or Acoustical testing
- Certify and secure approvals for market release
- Support world-wide hardware compliance
