📋 Job Overview
As a Consultant – Digital Engineering at IBM, you will leverage your expertise in Digital Engineering to shape client futures by creating comprehensive technology and business roadmaps. Your role will involve facilitating workshops, designing future state solutions, and contributing to capability and process modeling to deliver real business improvements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their current process landscape and aid in their transformation journey
- Create business process models, perform process analysis, and implement technology-enabled process improvements/redesign
- Define requirements and perform data modeling to influence functional design
- Facilitate workshops to uncover current state pain points, improvements, and rationalizations
- Work closely with architects, delivery teams, clients, and partners to design future state solutions
- Contribute to capability modeling and use process modeling and user stories to articulate benefits and value
- Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into functional and non-functional requirements
- Create an inventory of customer process pain points, gaps, improvements, and articulate these in the context of solution delivery
