📋 Job Overview
As a Senior Consultant in SAP OTC at IBM Consulting, you will work on implementation and roll-out projects, focusing on SAP ECC and S/4HANA, particularly in the retail sector. You will be based in one of our Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise to drive innovation and technology adoption for clients globally.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP OTC implementation and roll-out projects
- Configure and integrate SAP OTC with other SAP modules
- Develop and manage Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Reports for OTC processes
- Utilize S/4HANA and Fiori apps for OTC
- Integrate OTC with external tools using SAP IDOCs
- Manage Idoc processes and Batch jobs
- Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions
- Communicate effectively with business users
✅ Required Qualifications
- Senior experience in SAP HANA OTC with strong knowledge of SAP OTC configuration and integration with other SAP modules
- Good working experience in Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Reports specific to the OTC process
- Knowledge of S/4HANA and Fiori apps specific to OTC
- Experience and understanding to integrate OTC with tools like EDI/GSX/WMI/C4/WebSphere using SAP IDOCs
- Strong working knowledge of the Idoc process and Batch jobs
- Understanding the requirements, analyzing, and providing the appropriate functional solution to the business process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with business users
- English C1 proficiency
