The Customer Success Manager - Intern at IBM will assist clients in realizing the full value of IBM's products while promoting the adoption of next-generation technologies. This role involves being a strategic advisor, understanding and communicating complex technical issues, and driving client success through technical expertise and consultative approaches. The intern will work in a collaborative environment, focusing on client challenges and technology solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' main challenges and become a trusted technical expert for their migration, deployment, and adoption of Hybrid Cloud and AI Growth offerings
  • Facilitate use case exploration and business framing workshops, and create client value realization models
  • Lead technical conversations to persuade clients to act based on requirements and value provided by IBM's solutions
  • Create post-deployment customer success plans to increase post-launch active user adoption of IBM's products

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering
  • Strong technical aptitude and passion for technology
  • Self-driven ability to build deep technical skills
  • Understanding of Microservices Architecture
  • Ability to deploy apps in Kubernetes and troubleshoot deployments
  • Flair for experiential selling through demos, custom demos, Proofs of concept, MVPs, or other technical proofs
