📋 Job Overview
As a Data Engineer at IBM, you will work in IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers, delivering technical expertise to clients globally. Your role involves managing data pipelines for batch and stream processing, collaborating with diverse teams to solve data integration challenges, and developing predictive models using big data technologies. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and adoption of new technology across various sectors.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and validating predictive models and creating and maintaining statistical models with a focus on big data
- Designing and implementing various enterprise search applications such as Elasticsearch and Splunk
- Working in an Agile, collaborative environment with scientists, engineers, consultants, and database administrators
- Building teams or writing programs to cleanse and integrate data, developing predictive or prescriptive models, and evaluating modeling results
- Developing & maintaining data pipelines for batch & stream processing using Informatica PowerCenter or cloud ETL/ELT tools
- Liaising with business teams and technical leads to gather requirements, identify data sources, design target data structures, develop pipelines, and support UAT
- Working with data scientists and business analytics teams to assist in data ingestion and resolve data-related technical issues

- Expertise in Data warehousing/ information Management/ Data Integration/Business Intelligence using ETL tool Informatica PowerCenter
- Knowledge of Cloud, Power BI, Data migration on cloud skills
- Experience in Unix shell scripting and python
