- Solving client challenges effectively by understanding their main issues and developing solutions through design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support
- Agile planning and execution, including installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and managing day-two operations
- Demonstrating self-motivation and problem-solving skills to navigate data and people to find and present solutions
- Collaborating and communicating effectively across client, partner, and IBM teams

- Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Not a Foreign National from US sanctioned countries on a work permit
