As a Delivery Consultant for CICS at IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions for clients, focusing on CICS on IBM Z hardware. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions
- Apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery
- Leverage consultative skills such as problem-solving, issue-/hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation
- Collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions
- Help clients install and configure the latest CICS on IBM Z hardware
- Create/update hardware configuration using IBM's HMC console
- Perform CICS software and migration installation services

- Overall knowledge and understanding of IBM Z processor design, available I/O adapters, and IBM Z physical planning aspects
