🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and proposals to accelerate pre-sales activities
- Design and implement technical support centered around IBM storage products
- Conduct skill transfer sessions for clients and business partners
- Enhance skills related to the latest technologies
✅ Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing storage products
- Experience in troubleshooting storage-related issues
- Experience in scripting with Linux shell
- TOEIC score of 600 or above, comfortable using English in emails and documents
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IBM Storage products
- Experience with Host attached storage
- Ability to converse in English without issues
