📋 Job Overview
As a Delivery Consultant in IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions to address clients' business challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI, you will collaborate with clients to ensure world-class delivery and trailblaze new solutions. This role is a 1-year fixed term position focused on accelerating time to value for clients.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with clients' goals
- Apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery
- Leverage consultative skills such as problem-solving, issue-/hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation
- Collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions addressing real business challenges
- Run client workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and technical solution presentations
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, knowledge transfer, and documentation skills
✅ Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into production
- Strong proficiency in Python including ML, NLP, and GenAI frameworks
- Experience deploying AI/LLM services on Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
- Experience in programming in at least two of the following: Python, R, Scala, or Java
- Experience in Machine Learning pipeline - data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, predicting, explaining, deploying, and diagnosing overfitting
- Experience in deep learning and neural nets
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Data science background including identifying use cases, building and validating models, deployment via APIs, monitoring and retaining models, and creating Machine Learning pipelines
- Experience operating hybrid cloud environments (on-prem + cloud)
- Experience in financial services, public sector, manufacturing, or telecom
- Delivery experience with real-world AI use cases (forecasting, fraud detection, NLP chatbot, recommendation systems)
- Experience delivering enterprise GenAI solutions
- Experience generating ROI-focused AI delivery outcomes
- Experience designing HA/DR architectures, networking, storage, and TLS
- Hybrid multi cloud architecture experience (on-prem + AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud)
